whilst shopping in this store it was a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service from Glen and William who both went out of their way to help me and also I witnessed a member of staff named Alison who was helping a customer who was obviously having hard times in his life the care and consideration she showed him was exceptional. I shop in this store on a regular basis and each member of staff always are so helpful however on this day these three members certainly were exceptional

Was very impressed with the service from the girl from bakery department (Judy or Julie). I was shopping with my elderly father who was wanting a single sausage roll but as they only came in packs of 5 he didn't think it was possible to get a single 1. I than spotted the staff member (Judy or Julie) and explained my father's issue and she was able to provide my father with what he wanted. I am so grateful for the customer service that we received in your store and will definitely be recommending it to others. Many thanks and god bless Jeanette and father harr ³³

Lovely home Bargains to shop in.All the staff are nice but the lovely lady in the cafe(on a Monday morning) deserves a special mention. She always has a smile and is so pleasant it really makes our day!

I shopped at this store on Wednesday and as a sufferer of multiple sclerosis shopping is not easy. I was served at checkout by a girl called Sharon Meek. She was cheerful pleasant and very helpful. She packed my bags and I was really grateful for her help. She is indeed a credit to your customer service training team and I will definetl6 be returning. Was very impressed with the size of the shop and products and especially the prices, I came away with plants and a heater for my decking which I was over the moon to get, there is also a gardening area outside which has plants and all outside ornaments and I was so pleased to see a in store cafe which samed to be busy, I would highly recommend this store for your daily shop or Halloween and your Christmas present ideas and for stocking fillers, at a fraction of the price win win win I would say
